Recce 4 is the final recce trip of the expedition and it was conducted for 4 days from 18th June to 21st June 2010. 9 people participated in Recce 4 and the main reasons for the recce involved:
1) Inspecting the base camp (which is now completed)
2) Setting camera traps and small mammal traps
3) Establishing new research trails
The Sungai Ingei Faunal Expedition main base camp is composed of the main hall, kitchen, toilet, water storage tank and generator shack. Hence, the expedition will officially start on the 2nd of July 2010.
